Join Peace House Partners on an exciting adventure to Africa to
help give hope to these children.
In February 2009, a group of volunteers will travel to the PHS site in Tanzania. The volunteers will spend their time helping the students strengthen their English language skills by working in the classroom, playing games, and engaging in a variety of other activities with the students. Trip participants will also roll up their sleeves and help with physical work projects around the campus.
Peace House Foundation will organize Partners trips yearly to give participants the opportunity to develop relationships with the students at Peace House Secondary School.
In addition to giving time and energy, each Peace House Partners volunteer raises $3,000 for the school and pays for his/her own travel expenses.
